Article 126
The right to exploit trade secrets is exclusive to the owner of those secrets, and he or persons authorized by him may transfer the trade secrets to another and conclude with the transferee a contract of commitment to non-disclosure of the information.
Note — Any person who in any manner places trade secrets at the disposal of another must inform the other party that they constitute a trade secret; otherwise, breach of the information by the third party is not covered by infringement of trade secrets.

Can trade secrets be sold or licensed in Iran?
