Registration and grant

After the application is filed with the Registration Authority, where the formal conditions are met and there is no prior registration of the utility model in question, the said authority shall, within two months, notify the applicant of its decision to accept the application; otherwise, it shall reject the application in accordance with Article 23 of this Act.
