Article 80

After the filing of the application with the Registration Authority, where the formal conditions are present and there is no prior registration in respect of the utility model applied for, the said authority shall notify the applicant of its opinion accepting the application within two months; otherwise, referred to in Article (23) of this Act, it shall refuse the application.
