Article 74

A utility model consists of new technical solutions relating to the shape and structure of a product, or a combination thereof, that improve its performance. A utility model is registrable when it is new and has industrial applicability.

Note 1 — Protection of utility models is confined to products and does not include processes.

Note 2 — Protection of utility models does not include products of chemical substances, compound materials, and composites.
