Provisional measures
At any stage of the proceedings in civil and criminal actions relating to the rights arising from the registration of the invention, the objecting party may request the judicial authority before which the action is pending to issue an order to secure the claim and to seize the products infringing the claimed rights, as well as to issue an interim injunction against the manufacture, sale, or importation of these products. Where the products in question are at customs, the customs officers or judicial officers shall enforce the said order or injunction.
Note — The requests referred to in this Article shall be heard in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure of the General and Revolutionary Courts (adopted 10 April 2000 / 21/1/1379).
