Article 73

At any stage of the proceedings in civil and criminal actions concerning the rights arising from registration of an invention, the objecting party may request from the judicial authority before which the action is pending the issuance of an order for security of the claim and an order for seizure of the products infringing the claimed rights, as well as the issuance of a preliminary injunction against the making, sale, or importation of those products. Where the claimed products are at customs, the customs officers or judicial officers shall execute the above order or injunction.

Note — Examination of the requests stated in this Article shall be conducted in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure of the General and Revolutionary Courts, adopted 1379/1/21 [9 April 2000].
