Article 19
Where drawings are referred to in the application but are not annexed to it, the Registration Authority shall notify the applicant to file the drawings within one month. If the applicant delivers the drawings, the said authority shall deem the filing date to be the date of receipt of the drawings; otherwise, it shall record the filing date as the date of receipt of the application, and reliance on the drawings shall not be admissible.
