Missing drawings

Where the application refers to drawings that are not attached to it, the Registration Authority shall notify the applicant to file the drawings within one month. If the applicant submits the drawings, the said authority shall treat the filing date as the date of receipt of the drawings; otherwise, it shall record the filing date as the date of receipt of the application, and the reference to the drawings shall not be admissible.
