Article 8
Where two or more persons have created a single invention independently of one another, the person who has filed his application earlier has the right to registration of the patent. Likewise, where two or more persons claim the priority right referred to in Article (10) of this Act, whichever of them can prove that he filed his application, in accordance with the relevant regulations, earlier than the others — provided that that application has not been withdrawn or refused — has the right to registration of the patent.
