Article 70
The performance of any activity that impairs the exclusive rights of the owner of the patent certificate or his successor constitutes infringement of the patent right, provided that such acts take place after the date of registration of the invention.
Note — The performance of any of the acts set forth in Article (38) of this Act does not constitute infringement of the patent right.

What counts as patent infringement in Iran?
