Registration after the objection periods
After the periods set out in Articles 27 and 28 of this Act have elapsed and the application has been finally accepted, the Registration Authority shall register the invention and, upon receipt of the relevant fee, issue the patent and deliver it to the applicant.
Note — The deadline for payment of the fee referred to in this Article is one month at most after the announcement of final acceptance of the application to the applicant, and may be extended up to six months upon payment of a penalty equal to half of the registration fee. Where the relevant fee is not paid within this period, the application shall be deemed invalid.
