Article 32

After the expiry of the periods prescribed in Articles (27) and (28) of this Act and final acceptance of the application, the Registration Authority shall register the invention and, upon receipt of the relevant fee, shall issue the patent registration certificate and deliver it to the applicant.

Note — The period for payment of the fee referred to in this Article is at most one month after the announcement of final acceptance of the application to the applicant, and may be extended for up to six months upon payment of a penalty equal to half the registration fee. Where the relevant fee is not paid within this period, the application shall be deemed invalid.
