Objection asserting other rights

Where the objector, asserting rights other than the right of ownership, objects to an invention for which a registration application has been filed with the Registration Authority but which has not yet been registered in Iran, the rule of Article 30 of this Act shall likewise apply — unless the invention is not legally registrable, in which case it is not necessary to file a patent application with the Registration Authority.
