Article 57
The economic rights arising from the filing of an application relating to an invention, or from a registered invention, are transferable, and the owner of the invention may exercise his economic rights in any manner, such as transfer of ownership, grant of an exploitation license, and joint investment. In a transfer of ownership of the patent right, or a transfer of the ownership right arising from the filing of an application, all rights created, as the case may be, by virtue of the patent certificate or the filing of the relevant application are assigned to the other party for as long as the invention has legal validity.
Note 1 — Where the contract is silent, a license of exploitation granted to one person shall not prevent the grant of exploitation licenses to other persons.
Note 2 — During the term of the contract, the transferee does not have the right to assign his rights to others, unless otherwise stipulated.
