Article 15

The following documents must be annexed to the application:

  1. 1.Proof of identity of the owner and the inventor
  2. 2.A written request that the inventor's name not be mentioned, where he does not wish his name to appear in the patent certificate
  3. 3.The document relating to the priority right, which must be filed simultaneously with the application or at the latest within one month after that date (where priority is claimed)
  4. 4.Receipt for payment of the statutory fees
  5. 5.Proof of representation, where the application is filed by a representative

Note — In respect of biological resources belonging to other countries, subject to reciprocal treatment, an access permit shall be requested from the applicant.
