Article 35
Exploitation of an invention registered in Iran by persons other than the owner of the invention is subject to the consent of its owner or his representative or successor. The owner of the registered invention, or his representative or successor, may, referred to in Articles (38) and (58) of this Act, bring his action or complaint, as the case may be, before the competent judicial authority against any person who, without the permission of the owner or his representative or successor, has undertaken one of the acts set forth in Articles (36) and (37) of this Act and has committed an infringement of his rights.
