Article 6

Where two or more persons have participated in creating a single invention and their shares in that collaboration are specified, the extent of each person's contribution shall be recorded separately in the patent certificate, and the rights arising therefrom shall belong to them in the same proportion. Where the work of each of them is not separate and distinct, or the extent of their contribution to the creation of the invention is not specified, the names of all of them shall be stated in the patent certificate, and the rights arising from the certificate shall belong to all of them equally.
