Article 28
Any person who has an objection to the request for patent registration and acceptance of the application must file it in writing, in two copies, with the Registration Authority. The second copy of the notice of objection, after registration, marked with the date and number of receipt, shall be returned to the objector. The notice of objection must be filed together with the reasons and supporting documents and the receipt for payment of the objection examination fee. Where the Registration Authority, after examining the notice of objection and the documents relied upon, finds it deficient, it shall inform the objector of the deficiencies in writing and require him to remedy them within ten days from the date of notification; otherwise, the notice of objection shall be deemed invalid.
