Objection to the application

Any person who objects to the patent application and the acceptance of the application must file it in writing, in two copies, with the Registration Authority. The second copy of the objection, after registration and with a notation of the date and number of receipt, shall be returned to the objector. The objection must be filed together with the grounds, supporting documents, and the receipt for payment of the objection examination fee. Where the Registration Authority, after examining the objection and the documents relied upon, finds it deficient, it shall notify the objector in writing and request them to remedy the deficiency within ten days of the date of notification; otherwise, the objection shall be deemed invalid.
