Article 27
The Registration Authority shall publish the application and its annexes for the public after eighteen months have elapsed from the date of registration of the application or, where applicable, from the priority date. Where the examination and approval of the application is completed before the said period, the applicant may, upon payment of the relevant fee, request the said authority in writing to publish the application and its annexes before the eighteen-month period.
Note — The Registration Authority is obliged to publish for the public also those applications that have been refused for any reason, and to establish public access to an online system or search engine for refused applications.
