Article 49

The right arising from a compulsory exploitation license for an invention referred to in Clauses 1, 2, and 3 of Article (39) of this Act is not independently assignable and must be transferred together with the company or business of the holder of the compulsory license granted by the board referred to in Article (40) of this Act, or together with the part of the company or business in which the invention is exploited.
