Article 29
After publication of the final text of the invention, any person who has an objection to the acceptance of the application may file his objection with the Registration Authority within nine months. The Registration Authority shall send the objection received to the Board referred to in Article (23) of this Act for examination and decision. Upon expiry of the nine-month period, a person objecting to the registered invention and the issued certificate may raise his objection before the competent judicial authority.
