Objection after publication

After publication of the final text of the invention, any person who objects to the acceptance of the application may file their objection with the Registration Authority within nine months. The Registration Authority shall forward the objection received to the Board referred to in Article 23 of this Act for examination and decision. Where the nine-month period has elapsed, a person objecting to the registered invention and the issued patent may raise their objection before the competent judicial authority.
