Article 11

An invention is registrable if it possesses the formal and substantive conditions set forth in this Act. Where the Registration Authority establishes these conditions in accordance with the articles set out in this Section of the Act, it shall register the invention; otherwise, it shall refuse the application and notify the applicant in writing of the refusal, stating the reasons therefor.
