- 4.Sale and use of the product
- 5.Stocking for the purpose of sale, offering for sale, or use of the product
Note — The exploitations set forth in this Article also include genetically manipulated microorganisms subject to the patent certificate that have been obtained, with the intent of commercialization, through propagation or reproduction and possess the same characteristics as claimed in the certificate.
