Article 43
The secretariat of the board referred to in Article (40) of this Act shall, at least ten days before the board session is held, inform the applicant for the compulsory exploitation license and the owner of the invention of its time. The said persons may attend the session. The board shall, having considered the reasons and supporting documents of the interested parties and having heard their statements if present at the session, take the appropriate decision and notify it to them.
