Notice before the hearing

The secretariat of the board referred to in Article 40 of this Act shall, at least ten days before the board's session, inform the applicant for the compulsory license and the owner of the invention of the time of the session. The said persons may attend the session. The board shall, having regard to the reasons and supporting documents of the interested parties and after hearing their statements if they attend the session, take an appropriate decision and notify them of it.
