Article 59
In the event of the death of the holder of the patent certificate while its term of validity subsists, the rights arising from registration of the invention pass to the heirs. In that case, the Registration Authority shall, at the request of the heirs or one of them and after receiving the relevant fee, enter the name of the heirs or the legatee as holder of the right, and shall record and publish the matter, stating the share of each, in the Patent Register.
