Article 17

The description of the invention must be explicit and include the points that definitively explain the substantive conditions of the invention with respect to the applicant's claims, in such a manner as to disclose the invention completely and effectively, and must be such that it is clear and capable of implementation for a person having ordinary skill in the relevant art, and must present, in the inventor's view, the best mode of carrying out the invention. The abstract of the description serves solely to provide technical information and may not be relied upon to determine the scope of protection.
