Article 42

After receiving the request for a compulsory exploitation license, the secretariat shall notify the owner of the invention of the matter within at most ten days. The owner of the invention may, within at most thirty days, deliver his views and reasons in writing to the secretariat. These views and reasons shall be registered at the secretariat and submitted to the board referred to in Article (40) of this Act for decision.
