Article 81

The provisions of Articles (3) to (10), Note 2 of Article (12), Articles (13) to (15), (20) to (25), (29) to (33), (35), (36), (38), Clauses 1 to 3 of Article (39), Articles (40) to (50), (53) to (63), Article (64) and Notes 1 and 3 thereof, Articles (65) to (70), the opening part of Article (71), and Articles (72) and (73) of this Act also apply, as the case may be, to utility models.

Note 1 — All time limits relating to registration of utility models are half the periods stated for the patent registration process. Ten-day periods are not referred to in this Note.

Note 2 — The period of the priority right subject to the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property in respect of utility models is twelve months.
