Deficient applications

Where the application lacks the conditions set out in Articles 95 and 96 of this Act, the application shall be rejected and the matter notified to the applicant. Likewise, where the application lacks the conditions set out in Article 98 of this Act, the Registration Authority shall notify the applicant to remedy the deficiencies within thirty days; otherwise, the application shall be rejected.
