Article 101
Where the application lacks the conditions set forth in Articles (95) and (96) of this Act, the application shall be refused and the applicant notified accordingly. Likewise, if the application lacks the conditions set forth in Article (98) of this Act, the Registration Authority shall notify the applicant to remedy the deficiencies within thirty days; otherwise, the application shall be refused.
