Documents to attach

The applicant for registration must, while paying the statutory fees, attach the following to the application:

1. 1.Proof of identity of the applicant or applicants;
2. 2.Evidence of the applicant's undertaking to use the mark, or their undertaking to provide evidence of activity in the field of production, distribution, or services in accordance with the Implementing Regulation of this Act;
3. 3.Proof of the priority right, which must be filed simultaneously with the application or within one month thereafter at the latest (where priority is claimed).

Note — Where the applicant does not use the mark within one year of the date of registration of the mark, or does not provide evidence of their activity, the trademark registration certificate shall be deemed annulled as of the date of filing of the application.
