Article 120
Any change in the ownership of a trade name must take place together with the transfer of the company or commercial enterprise, or the part thereof, that is known by that name. Compliance with Articles (23), (28) to (32), (57), (59), (72), and (73) of this Act is obligatory in respect of registered trade names.
