Article 106

After expiry of the prescribed periods and final acceptance of the application, the Registration Authority shall, upon receipt of the relevant fee, register the mark, issue the relevant certificate, and deliver it to the applicant, and shall then publish notice of the registration of the mark for the public.

Note 1 — The Registration Authority is obliged to establish public access to an online system or search engine for refused applications.

Note 2 — The period for payment of the fee referred to in this Article is at most one month after the announcement of final acceptance of the application to the applicant. Where the relevant fee is not paid within this period, the application shall be deemed void.
