Registration and grant

After the prescribed periods have elapsed and the application has been finally accepted, the Registration Authority shall, after receiving the relevant fee, register the mark, issue the relevant certificate and deliver it to the applicant, and then publish the registration of the mark for the public.

Note 1 — The Registration Authority is obliged to create the possibility of public access to an online system or search engine for rejected applications.

Note 2 — The deadline for payment of the fee referred to in this Article is one month at most after the announcement of final acceptance of the application to the applicant. Where the relevant fee is not paid within this period, the application shall be deemed void.
