The application

An industrial design registration application must be completed in Persian on the special form prepared in accordance with the Implementing Regulation of this Act and, after entry of the date, signed; and must contain the following:

1. 1.Identity particulars of the applicant or their representative;
2. 2.Identity particulars of the designer;
3. 3.The title of the industrial design and the graphic particulars constituting it;
4. 4.Designation of the class of the industrial design under the International Classification of Industrial Designs;
5. 5.The date, place, and number of the application or certificate of the industrial design abroad (where priority is claimed);
6. 6.Information relating to the original application (where the industrial design is a supplementary one);
7. 7.Designation of the type of product for which registration of the industrial design is requested;
8. 8.Designation of the annexes.
