Chapter 3 · Industrial Designs

Article 85

The application for registration of an industrial design must be completed in the Persian language on a special form prepared in accordance with the executive regulations of this Act, dated and signed, and must include the following:

  1. 1.Identity information of the applicant or his representative
  2. 2.Identity information of the designer
  3. 3.Title of the industrial design and the graphic particulars constituting it
  4. 4.Designation of the class of the industrial design on the basis of the international classification of industrial designs
  5. 5.Date, place, and number of the application or certificate of the industrial design outside the country (where priority is claimed)
  6. 6.Information relating to the original application (where the industrial design is supplementary)
  7. 7.Designation of the type of product for which registration of the industrial design is requested
  8. 8.Designation of annexes
