Objection

After public publication of the application under Article 90 of this Act, any person who objects to the acceptance of the application and its annexes may, in accordance with Articles 29 to 31 of this Act, file their objection with the Registration Authority within two months. The Registration Authority shall refer the objections received to the Board referred to in Article 23 of this Act for examination and final decision.
