Publication

Where the application is accepted in accordance with Article 89 of this Act, the Registration Authority shall publish the application and its annexes for the public. The applicant may, in writing, request the said authority that the application and its annexes not be published for up to twelve months from the date of the application.

Note — The Registration Authority is obliged also to publish for the public the applications that have been rejected for any reason.
