Article 90

Where the application is accepted in accordance with Article (89) of this Act, the Registration Authority shall publish the application and its annexes for the public. The applicant may request the said authority in writing that the application and its annexes not be published for up to twelve months from the date of the application.

Note — The Registration Authority is obliged to publish for the public also those applications that have been refused for any reason.
