Article 93
The exclusive rights arising from exploitation of an industrial design are as follows:
- 1.Making
- 2.Sale
- 3.Importation of items containing that industrial design
Note — The owner of a registered industrial design may bring an action before the competent judicial authority against any person who, without his consent, performs the acts set forth in this Article for commercial purposes, or commits an act that would customarily give rise to infringement of the owner's rights in the future.
