Exclusive rights
The exclusive rights arising from exploitation of an industrial design are:
- 1.Manufacture;
- 2.Sale;
- 3.Importation of items containing that industrial design.
Note — The owner of a registered industrial design may bring an action before the competent judicial authority against any person who, without their consent, performs the acts set out in this Article for commercial purposes, or commits an act that customarily would lead to a future infringement of the owner's rights.
