Provisions applied from Chapter 1

The provisions of Articles 2, 3, 5 to 10, Note 2 of Article 12, 13, 21 to 25, 32, 33, 35, 36, 38, 54 to 70, 72, and 73 of this Act apply, as the case may be, to industrial designs as well.

Note — The priority right referred to in Article 10 of this Act in respect of industrial designs is six months from the date of filing of the application.
