Article 94

The provisions of Articles (2), (3), (5) to (10), Note 2 of Article (12), (13), (21) to (25), (32), (33), (35), (36), (38), (54) to (70), (72), and (73) of this Act also apply, as the case may be, to industrial designs.

Note — The priority right referred to in Article (10) of this Act in respect of industrial designs is six months from the date of registration of the application.
