Article 92

The term of validity of the industrial design certificate is five years after the date of filing of the application. The holder of the industrial design certificate may, upon payment of the relevant fee, request renewal of the validity of the certificate for two consecutive five-year periods.

Note — The Registration Authority is obliged, one month before the expiry of the validity of the certificate under this Article, to inform the holder of the industrial design certificate, in an appropriate manner, of the necessity of paying the fee.
