Documents to attach

The following documents must be attached to the application:

1. 1.Proof of identity of the applicant and the designer;
2. 2.A specimen of the graphic figure or image, or a drawn specimen of the various aspects of the design for which protection is requested;
3. 3.Submission of a model (mock-up) or an actual specimen of the design, if requested by the Registration Authority;
4. 4.A description of the design and designation of the goods to which the industrial design is applied;
5. 5.A written request that the designer's name not be mentioned, where the designer wishes their name not to appear in the application;
6. 6.The document relating to the priority right, which must be filed simultaneously with the application or within one month thereafter at the latest (where priority is claimed);
7. 7.The receipt for payment of the statutory fees.
