Article 137

The Registration Authority shall maintain separate registers for the registration of inventions, industrial designs, trademarks, collective marks, utility models, certification marks, and trade names. All matters that must be registered in accordance with the articles of this Act and its executive regulations shall be recorded in these registers. The information contained in these registers shall be accessible to everyone through the electronic system.
