The registers

The Registration Authority shall maintain separate registers for the registration of inventions, industrial designs, trademarks, collective marks, utility models, certification marks, and trade names. All matters that must be registered under the articles of this Act and its Implementing Regulation shall be registered in these registers. The information in these registers shall be accessible to all through the electronic system.
