Examiner disqualification

In the following cases, the examining expert must refrain from examining the requested matter:

1. 1.There is a relationship by blood or marriage, up to the third degree of any class of inheritance, between the expert and the applicant;
2. 2.The expert, or their spouse or child, is a salaried employee of the applicant;
3. 3.The expert, or their spouse or child, has a personal interest in the matter at issue.
