Article 148

In the following cases, the examining examiner must refrain from examining the requested matter:

  1. 1.Where there exists between the examiner and the applicant a blood or affinal relationship up to the third degree of any inheritance class.
  2. 2.Where the examiner or his spouse or child is a salaried employee of the applicant.
  3. 3.Where the examiner or his spouse or child has a personal interest in the matter raised.
