Article 149

The executive regulations of this Act shall be prepared, within six months after this Act enters into force, by the Registration Authority with the cooperation of the Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology and the Ministries of Science, Research and Technology; Industry, Mine and Trade; Defense and Armed Forces Logistics; Justice; and Health, Treatment and Medical Education, and shall be approved by the Head of the Judiciary. Until the approval of the said regulations, the executive regulations of the Law on Registration of Patents, Industrial Designs and Trademarks shall apply to the extent not contrary to this Act.
