The Implementing Regulation

The Implementing Regulation of this Act shall be prepared, within six months of the entry into force of this Act, by the Registration Authority in cooperation with the Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology and the Ministries of Science, Research and Technology; Industry, Mine and Trade; Defense and Armed Forces Logistics; Justice; and Health, Treatment and Medical Education, and approved by the Head of the Judiciary. Until the adoption of the said Regulation, the Implementing Regulation of the Act on the Registration of Patents, Industrial Designs and Trademarks applies to the extent that it is not inconsistent with this Act.
