Article 147
The one-month periods prescribed for notification to the applicant, correction of deficiencies, presentation of drawings, objection to the opinion of the Registration Authority, objection to decisions of the Board referred to in Article (23) of this Act, presentation of reasons regarding the examiner's report, payment of the registration fee, and response to objections shall be counted as sixty days for persons residing outside the country.
