Article 150

From the date this Act enters into force, the "Law on Registration of Patents, Industrial Designs and Trademarks," adopted 1386/8/7 [29 October 2007], is repealed.

The foregoing Act, consisting of one hundred and fifty articles and one hundred and twenty-eight notes, the report of which had been presented to the open session by the Judicial and Legal Commission, was approved at the open session of Tuesday, the first of Khordad one thousand four hundred and three [21 May 2024] of the Assembly, and was approved by the Guardian Council on 1403/3/23 [12 June 2024].
