Correction of errors

The Registration Authority is permitted to correct any error in translation or transcription, any administrative error, any error in the application, any error in the documents provided to the said authority, or any error in any of the registrations made, in compliance with the articles of this Act and its Implementing Regulation. Where the error was made by the applicant, any correction is conditional upon payment of the relevant fees in accordance with Article 140 of this Act. The corrections made in any of the above cases shall be notified by the Registration Authority to the interested party and published.
