Article 141

The Registration Authority is permitted to correct any error in translation or transcription, administrative error, error in an application, error in documents presented to the said authority, or error in any of the registrations effected, subject to the articles of this Act and its executive regulations. Where the error has been made by the applicant, any correction requires payment of the relevant fees in accordance with Article (140) of this Act. Corrections made in any of the above cases shall be brought to the attention of the interested party by the Registration Authority and published.
