Lost or destroyed certificates

In the event of loss or destruction of the certificate of an invention, industrial design, trademark, utility model, collective mark, certification mark, or trade name, the holder of the certificate may, upon payment of the prescribed fee, request in writing the issuance of a duplicate certificate.
